From sexual harassment to racial bigotry, prejudiced mistreatment continues to encumber the creation of welcoming workplaces. While first and foremost, one must be able to identify it, equally important is having the tools to address it correctly. This session will explore personal experiences and provide training and resources to implement proactive responses to the many forms of harassment we may encounter, and look ahead to build a larger discussion about advocacy.
