Vineyard workers form the backbone of the wine industry. Yet, people who buy, sell, or write about wine tend to have very little knowledge or understanding of the work done in the vineyard, or, the life and needs of vineyard workers. This session will dig into the state of the industry for vineyard workers while also giving tangible ways for the rest of us to best support them.
