The worlds of wine and food are changing, and there’s a lot these industries can do to collaborate and learn from one another. Whether you’re a wine producer, a chef, or a sommelier trying to sell it, the ability to build your own brand – once a notion reserved for those with substantial financial means and connections – is a possibility for practically anyone who has a story to tell and is able to differentiate themselves from the masses. So why is there still a disparity of voices? The tide is changing but the work is not done. Everyone has a story, and the fact that yours is different should be a selling point, not a barrier.
There will be a food and wine pairing element to this interactive keynote. We will provide the recipes and you can purchase the wines (made by women winemakers) here.
