The business world can be a daunting one, and finance is one of those aspects that can be hard to get your head around. Coming from different perspectives, our panelists will talk about understanding money, how it works, and how to successfully negotiate your salary. They’ll also discuss women in financial leadership positions, how they got there and how they cope in what can be a macho environment. Finally, they’ll go over the logisitics of setting up and funding your own business. This is a session which will have a great deal of practical information and advice for those of you working your way through the drinks and hospitality industry, tackling the issues from many different angles.
