This session focuses on how we can use communication to build our place in the industry without causing conflict. There will be exercises to help approach conflict resolution in a professional and calm manner and our panelists will discuss how to communicate clearly and with the right tone, how to navigate criticism, how to share power, how to embrace sharing knowledge. Most importantly, they’ll share their thoughts on how women can work and be successful together rather than compete in a negative environment. This should be a powerful session for all of us.
